"U.S. President Barack Obama (C) signs an Executive Order that reaffirms the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act's "he jsut signed most comptrehensive ever health care act. I suspect that Bushland manipulated to overcome current patient protection under HIPPA that went throught the legislature and took over 10 years to fuklly implement on.. his excecutive order ( something ment for emergencies between the legislative sessions, if at all) |
